Question and Answer

Question-What is the Know-Like-Trust factor?
Answer-People buy from people they know, like and trust. People are also more likely to follow or be influenced by leaders who they know, like and trust. And this is not about being a ‘nice’ person – there is much more to someone with a high KLT factor! They are credible and knowledgeable in their sphere. They are also very open about who they are, what they stand for, aware of their strengths, and accepting of their weaknesses. They enjoy being with and helping people, and tend to have a passion for making the world a better place in some shape or form. And because of all this, they are consistent in how they show up and follow through, making it easy for others to like them, to rely on them and to trust them.

Question-What will I learn about Know-Like-Trust factor in this 2-hour seminar?
Answer-We will explore the essential components of each of the 3 elements that make up the KLT factor. You can then identify for yourself ways in which you enable people to truly know, like and trust you, as well as recognise ways in which you may be getting in the way of being as influential as you would like. We will then take a look at the 7 steps that, if followed, will ensure that you maximise your KLT factor to become the person that others want to work with or do business with.

Question-How can strengthening my Know-Like-Trust factor benefit me?
Answer-We all have people who know, like and trust us. And these tend to be long-standing relationships such as with family, friends and old colleagues. The challenge comes in the business environment when we have to influence positively people who we don’t know so well, or who we are meeting for the first time. Again, some of these relationships will ‘click’ instantly, whilst others take a bit more effort. By developing your know-like-trust factor you will accelerate this process and become the person who others seek out, who they want to work with, to do business with, or to have on their team. And the great thing is that we can strengthen our KLT factor by developing a specific set of skills and attitudes. So if you know that somehow you don’t inspire and influence others as easily as you would like, if you struggle to get people’s buy-in to your ideas, your products or services, or if you somehow feel overlooked and under-valued and your own ‘best kept secret’, then do join Amanda for this uplifting session for some tips and techniques that you can start implementing straightaway!
